The “acai zone”: it sounds like a fitness term invented for an Adam Sandler movie. But this is no movie. The acai zone refers to the special place that fans of acai berries say they have gone to after converting to an acai diet. If you’ve never considered acai berry products, now might be the time to think about getting in the zone and seeing what all the fuss is about.

The first thing to know about acai berries is that they are from Brazil and cannot be exported to the rest of the world. The fruit goes bad so quickly that by the time it reaches the United States, it has spoiled and lost all of its nutritional value. To get in the acai zone, you need to get your hands on one of the many different kinds of acai berry supplements on the market.
